FERROUS Sulfate + Folic Acid

Hi mga moms! Pwde po ba ito as pre-natal vitamins? Khit walang reseta ni OB. Meron pa po akong tinatake na folic acid 5mg naman. Thank you

yes pwede po yan, take it with vit.c or with orange juice para mas efficient yung effect ng meds.
