Same situation here. Just posted my concern here and they advised na try other position when we sleep tas hot compress. Ittry ko palang yung hot compress, sana mag work 😊 Kasi naglagay na ako ng efficascent oil and omega no effect eh. Ang sakit tlga hndi ako makababa ng hagdan and cant even lift some stuff na di naman kabigatan. Hirap din bumangon at mahiga. Almost all movements na ginagwa ko nafefeel ko yung pain.:(
