I just let the mother nature call. Hindi ko pinipilit kung wala akong nararamdaman na urge dahil constipated ako from my Folic Acid and Ferrous Sulfate. May times na normal lang appearance nung sakin, meron ding hindi like para akong nag-diarrhea whatsoever.

Every 2days ako nagpopoop hehehe
