Pregnant 7weeks and Cs before

Hi mga moms. Cnu po dito C's na nabuntis agad around 1yr and 4mos? Any advice. Im pregnant with my second baby and its unexpected po. And do u experience light spotting? I also do have that one. Any advce po? Ngpa prenatal napo ako kahapon they gave me heragest as of the meantime kasi tom pa yung skedule ko for ultrasnd.. Salamat po. :)
