mga mommy, pwede po ba ako uminom ng folic acid kahit hindi po nireseta nang doctor? kasi hindi ako makakapag check up this month. and plano ko sana mag ask sa botique

Kahit sa center po. Pa check up kayo may ibibigay naman po na vitamins ang doctor. ☺️ importante po na makainom kayo ng gamot para kay baby at for you na din. ako dati sa panganay ko clusivol-Ob tsaka ferrous. Pwede din folic nabibili siya over the counter.
