Hi mga mommy, mag tatanong lang po ako if nakaapekto ba kay baby yung panay bahing at sinisipon si mommy? mas lalo po kasing lumala yung rhinits ko. Any tips po? 1st time preggy mommy here. Thank you.

Hello Mommy, I'm also suffering from allergic rhinitis nung buntis ako. Identify the triggers of your allergy (like usok, dust, balahibo ng pets) and iwasan ang mga ito. You can wear a mask (if di ka hirap huminga) if di maiiwasan ma-expose sa allergens. Maintain eating nutritious food. And lastly, pray that baby will not inherit (mana) your allergy kasi as per my case, na-inherit ng anak ko ang allergy ko as per pedia. God bless you mommy! 🧡
