Clearly, constipated ka po. Your water intake is not sufficient. It was advised that a pregnant woman must consume atleast 2 to 3 Liters of water daily. You should not force anything to come out lalo na if nagbabawas because it may cause pressure sa veins sa anus causing bleeding and may lead to hemorrhoids later on. Blood from you genital is not a good indication also. Please see your OB as soon as possible.

I was advised by my OB to drink pineapple juice na high fiber, kasi it is good for digestive tract. Simula nun naging okay ang pag dumi ko. Pero if you will do the same po, better to consult your OB po muna 🙂

wag pilitin ang ayaw sis..after waking up first thing to do drink plenty of water then the whole day water lang talaga..ako dn ganyan hirap mka.poo a day, tubig lang talaga ginagamot ko.

increase water intake and eat ripe papaya fruit. drinking prune juice also helps. Lessen carbohydrates like rice and bread, it causes bloating and constipation.
