drink lots of water (as in marami dapat everyday) and eat high fiber food (more green leafy veggies and fruits! in my case, nakaka help ang grapes). pwede rin po uminom ng prune juice or kain ng dried prunes (ito kinakain ko). 6 days postpartum, normal delivery ako pero after 2 days naka poop na agad na soft lang. and daily ang pagpoop ko. i also don't force myself to push ang poop. inaantay ko lang lumabas para di masira ang stitches. iwasan ang processed food.
