CSF and CF 1 form

Hello.mga mommies may question po ko with regard sa philhealth. Is it still necessary to have CSf and CF1 form?inaask kasi ako ni ob pero nung nagpunta ko sa philhealth sabi nung employee no need na daw dahil sa new regulation na as long as updated ang contribution okay na daw? Any clarification po or help will mean a lot thanks.
