Philhealth and SSS Notification NO REPLY

Mga mommies pa help naman po.. Both philhealth and SSS po sa drop box po ako nag submit requirements for SSS Notification at Philhealth naman to update my status from employed to voluntary pero hanggang ngayon wala reply. I tried to call d hotline pero wala din sumasagot nauubos na load ko sa advertisement nila. Ano ba dapat ko gawin? Pag pupunta ng branches di naman tumatanggap. Sa sss naman di ako Maka pag apply online ng sss notification dahil status ko employed padin Isa din kasi yon sa E update ko at mag bayad ng previous months na wala hulog. Nong March last hulog ng employer dahil April din ako nag resigned. Sana may Maka sagot. Pls help.
