My friend said the key is work-life balance. And if need na talaga ng external help like you need to take a business trip you sound off to your immediate family who can take charge of taking care of your kid/s. And as much as you dedicate yourself sa work, you should also be dedicated enough to raising your kids like you prefer parin to be hands on sa kanila like you cook for them, send them to school etc..
