Hello mga mommies.. May nakaranas na ba dito na habang nanganganak ay ginupit simula ari hanggang pwerta? Ganyan ginawa sakin kaso nahihirapan na ko magpigil ng pupu since nga pati yung nagpipigil sa pupu ginupit. Gagaling pa ba ko? :'(
rather consult it to your ob gyne to give you some medicine to soften your poop.. that's what my ob did she gave me a med for that.. so it's not hard for me to poop 😉 in just a days my cuts are healed..
