Hi mga mommies, may nag try na ba dito ma hilo at masuka lagi sa obimin at hemorate? Ano technique nyo para mainom to.. huhu

take it at night with a not-so full stomach. I had the mistake super busog ako and I took all the vits at the same time, maraming water pa para mawala un lasa. ayun. bluuurgh 😅
