CS Post partum healing

Hi mga Mommies !! Kumusta po kayo ?? Ako po 3 months post partum and still healing pa rin po from my C-Section delivery. Kayo po mga CS Mom or Normal Mom, how long po yung healing process niyo ? Let us share our experiences po. FTM here.

Healing emotionally and physically? Mag 3mos postpartum next week Hehehe. Normal delivery here with 3rd degree perineal tear, Pero masakit pa rin mag poops 💩 kaya laging may nakaalalay na stool softener 😅 I’ve met with my ob thrice for post partum care as well, and nung 6weeks nakita niya na goods na daw yung tahi from the outside and inadvise din na bawal muna mag do for 2mos 😁 hanggang ngayon naman wala pa din and my husband respects it kasi kita niya naman gaano kasakit matahi sa baba 😂😂 hope all is well for you too, mamsh! ❤️

I experienced PPD Mii and still healing from it, paminsan2 natutulala. Last time nagpacheck up ako sa OB umiiyak2 pa ako. Lol. Haha 😅 Having a child is overwhelming specially kapag mag isa kalang nag aalaga. But seeing your child everyday is all worth it. Kain ka po ng Ripe papaya Mii and more water to soften your poops. Sa akin intact naman yung CS scar ko after nagpa TVS ako, but ewan. Hahaha. Hindi ko feel makipag Do kay husby, kahit touch ayaw ko. Maybe because of the hormones. Hahaha 🤣🤣 Fighting lang tayo Mii 🙂🙂

Same mommy! Kaya advisable na mag girdle or binder kahit atleast 1hr lang sa house and if lalabas din ng house suotin lagi. Wag din magbuhat ng mabibigat. Matagal daw healing process lalo na sa loob kaya advisable na magbaby after 3yrs pa talaga.

im a working mom. CS ako. while on maternity leave for 3months, nakabinder pa rin ako kahit nasa bahay. then bumalik ako sa work after 3months. nagddrive din ako. hindi nako nakabinder. ok naman.
