hi mga mommies. i was diagnose last august na may pcos ako both ovaries and now nag memedication ako. nagtatake ako ng metformin,folic acid and provera. may chance kaya na while on my medication mabuntis ako pa advice naman po sa mga girls na may PCOS dyan. tsaka totoo po bang nakakabuntis ang myra e at folic acid pag pinagsabay. we are trying to conceive for 3years pahelp po thanks!

i was diagnosed with pcos for more than 7years ago.. took provera,duphaston,metformin.... but then i decided to conceive by the help of food supplements so i took fishoil(no medicines or other vitamins) 1year straight before i got married and really tried hard to be fit...luckily got pregant aftr the wedding. now my kid will soon be 4years old. and i want to have another baby... d talaga ako tinantanan ng PCOS, kc its uncurable but controllable nmn. went back to the ob for fertility workup... she gave me vitamins and fertility ovulating pills but it did not work for 2months try. so i gave up dahil malaki na gastos ko 😩.. now ,diet lng and fishoil ulit,planning to take vitaminE and FERN-D. according sa reviews effective daw ang fern-d, but im still in doubt.

pray lng tayo always na mabiyayaan ng baby.. on our part since may PCOS na, healthy diet lng talaga and regular chekup at sabayan lng din ng food supplements na kung san ka hiyang.. masyadong magastos may PCOS, but it is not the end of our fertility.. there is still hope for us 😊😊
