Pampa poops

Mga mommies I just gave birth last aug 16, nakapag poops nako until aug 17 pero after that di pa ko maka poops nasakit minsan puson ko I think dahil sa poops na di ko malabas. Ano pong pwede fruits or kainin pampapoops na malambot. Salamat

More on fiber po and lots of water. Try papaya, pinya, oatmeal, yakult, red/brown rice.
