hello mga mommies cno po ang my constipated na anak? ano po kaya ang magandang gatas nia? or dpt kainin.. thank you

if constipated sya and over 6 months na, pwede na sya mag apple juice para lumabas yung poopoo nya. if below six months naman and formula milk ang gatas nya try mo mag enfamil. malabnaw po kasi yun di sya masyadong thick. if breastfed naman continue mo lang yung breastmilk.
