BreastFeeding

According po sa OB ko, first 3 months ang pinaka-safe for contact since exclusive breastfeeding yun. Pag po kasi 4th month onwards, bottle feeding na rin po si baby. Sabi rin po ng OB ko, pwede na magkaroon ng menstration month after giving birth. Pero iba-iba naman daw po yun. After 3 months daw at wala pa ring menstruation, magbibigay na raw siya ng gamot para magka-menstruation.

Within 6 months, basta no menses pa and exclusive breastfeeding si baby (no solid food even), less than 2% chance lang of pregnancy.
