Hello mga mommies ask ko lang kung pwede sa buntis ang milo instead of maternal milk?

Mataas kasi ung sugar content ng Milo and ng other milk. If gusto mo ng chocolate Mas okay gumamit nun mga chocolate flavored na gatas for preggos. Like Anmum, EnfaMama etc. plus, mukukuha mo pa mga kailangan mo na nutrients pag gatas/chocolate na pang buntis talaga. Kasi may mga folate, dha, calcium etc ung maternal milk. Hope this helps!
