Hi mga mommies! Anyone here po who's experiencing backpain lalo kapag tatayo or babaling ng pwesto kapag nakahiga? Advice naman po kung pano malessen ung pain. Parang nagka crack ung bones ko, naririnig ko tumutunog. 😓
