Bedrest

Hi, mga mommies! Any advise po? I was asked by my OB to have complete bedrest po for a month. Bumubuka na po kasi ung cervix ko. Kakalabas ko lang po sa hospital. I was confined for 3days. Though wala naman akong spotting. Still I was asked to have complete bedrest. Pahinga na din muna ako sa work for 1 month. Thanks in advance po!
