Advise ko is for you to bed rest, stay hydrated, wag muna kumilos, kumain padin. Take care of yourself and your baby 😊 Observe your body mommy, note mo po what time ka nagkaspotting and day, if madami ba and nagtuloy tuloy, have yourself checked kahit center lang para di magastos.
