I want to lose weight while breastfeeding

Hello mga miiii, Looking for advice po sana. I want to lose weight and cut down my food intake pero may 1 year old LO ako bine breastfeed. Nahihirapan ako magbawas ng pagkain kasi yung cravings ko after breastfeeding hindi talaga nawawala. I tried drinking more water para mabawasan yung kain ko pero para akong nanghihina sa hapon. Feeling ko din nababawasan yung breastmilk ko. What should I do? Nai stress na din kasi ako sa weight ko mga miii. #Needadvice #mommy #breastfeeding

Hi mii. I’m a breastfeeding mom ng 1 yr and 3months na baby peru mix na siya mii ha sa powdered milk and nag start po ako mag lose weight 2months ago from 65kg down to 55kg now. I understand how stressful sometimes to look at ourselves in the mirror na malaki and it’s normal na feeling and valid kasi how can we take care of our kids if we are not healthy and confident with ourselves (disclaimer sa iba: we have different cases of how we feel but that doesn’t mean na invalidated ang feeling ng iba). Anyway, going back sa weight lose journey ko, I’m also not confident with my weight way back kahit marami nagsasabi na it’s ok because padede mom ka and you need extra calories (uy, that doesn’t mean ha na hindi ako happy while breastfeeding, I tell you I am one of the most fulfilled mom na I choose to be a padede momma) that’s why whatever I want to eat talaga kain ng kain lang but I realized it’s not healthy kasi affected din and mental health ko, mas nagppd ako this time kasi that’s one of the reasons why I exercise and choose healthy foods unlike eating so much carbs. This is my point just like other moms, we need HEALTHY FOODS, meaning more vegetables, fruits, protein like meat and fish para hindi mabilis magutom and drink plenty of water. Usually, pag morning I opt for 2 slices of whole wheat bread, century tuna, egg and black coffee/milo or water, lunch time, 1/8 to 1/2 plate veggies, 1/2 plate protein, 1 cup rice and fruits. Dinner, I have my protein shake and banana in between meals or as your snack, pwedi midnight snack yung banana. Drink plenty of water. I do postpartum exercises every afternoon or you can also jog. I’m just blessed also to have my parents with me to take turns pag alaga sa baby ko kaya hindi ako nahirapan, we need outlet, the one you trust of course wag kahit kanino lang.
