Sino po dito may almoranas?

Mga miii, help naman po. Sino dito may external hemorrhoid habang nag bubuntis? Ano po gamot niyo o ano ginawa niyo para mawala? Tulong po, ang sakit2 po. i'm on my 6 months now. Hindi ako makalakad ang makatulog ng mabuti 😔 #Helpplease #1st_pregnacy

I have external hemorrhoids too, but my OB told me it could be due to gravity lang since I'm not constipated naman. Wala rin meds binigay since it will go back to normal naman daw after giving birth. Advice din ni Doc is to eat more veggies and drink lots of water to avoid constipation.
