I was scrolling through tiktok and saw mummies in week 25 doing jumping jacks. I thought it's gonna be safe but my husband saw and stopped me, i recalled i jumped for roughly 20secs.. then we googled and found out it's not safe. Im not bleeding or having discharge rn, baby is still active as usual but my left pelvic have this slight aching. Not sure is it my baby is kicking or what, because he keeps kicking more on left side recently. Hi I am going to work soon after being a " half SAHM" for my now 10 months old baby. My baby has been in IFC since 5 months old as I am working part time. I am worried my baby cannot adapt to the new routines I am going to work full time soon. Example : baby stays longer in IFC now and going home late with me, changes in timing for bedtime.
