Pcos or pregnant?

Hello mga mhi 5 months nakong delayed Nag p pt naman ako gamit ko morning pee, pero negative yung results wala nmn ako nararamdaman na symptoms na pag bu buntis huhu hindi ako makapag pa check up andto kasi ako s abroad hindi ako pede lumabas dahil delikado dto sa israel tingin nyo poba pcos to or buntis ako?
