Newborn baby acne

Hi mga mamsh, Newborn baby acne po ba ito? I'm currently using Cicastela ng mustela at no rinse cleansing water sa face niya. Pero mukhang wa effect. Any other remedies?

Sa baby ko po nun di ko ginamitan ng kung ano. Linis lang with cotton balls and warm water. Nawawala din naman po.
