Hello mga mamsh nagstop kasi ako magpabreastfeed sa baby ko a month ago then ngayon gusto ko ulit magpabf pero onti na lang gatas nalabas sakin. Babalik pa kaya sa dami yung gatas ko kapag ibbf ko siya ulit araw araw simula ngayon ? thanks sa sasagot

Yes, unli latch lang (proper and deep latch to be exact) para mastimulate ulit. More fluids/ sabaw, eat healthy more on gulay, at white meat (esp chicken), avoid stress/ more rest.
