you can differentiate braxton hicks and contractions, if braxton hicks kapag lumagay ka sa comfortable na position or humiga ka tapos nawala thats braxton hicks and also umaatake din ang braxton hicks kapag pagod ka or after mo magkaroon ng activity na nakakapagod, contractions can last up to 90 second with an interval of 5 mins kahit ilakad mo yan kung true contractions yan di yan mawawala
