Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Hi mga Mamsh. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I was admitted to the hospital due to HG or Hyperemesis Gravidarum.. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung sino naka experience ng HG with there first trimester of pregnancy. Can someone give me tips how to cope with this? Ano po ang pwede ko kainin para maiwasan ko ang sobrang pagsusuka at pagkahilo? And what vitamins do you usually take?

Same situation here. Sobrang hirap po. Halos kahit pag inom ko ng tubig feeling ko magsuka na ako. Ganun katindi. 4weeks to go pa bago matapos ang 1st trimester ko pero sobrang hirap na ko. 😭😭😭 Dasal at tiis lang talaga.
