1St time Mom and Exercise is allowed for 1st trimester?

Hello mga mamsh, this is is my 3rd time pregnancy but it is my 1st baby. I had 2 miscarriage last 2016 and 2019. 1st was mababa matres ko and mahina kapit ni baby. 2nd walang heartbeat si baby (8weeks namin nalaman na wala na beat si baby) . So, me nd my husband went to specialist (high-risk pregnancy expert) at The Medical City South Luzon for 2nd opinion kung kaya pa ma-revive baby ko. I went to some lab test and APAS test on my 2nd pregnancy and the no-life baby is still on my womb and tumagal xa for 13weeks kasi I took meds pa para magopen ung cervix ko and magbleed para ma raspa na ako. Bale Feb 2019 nalaman ko na pregnant ako an and April na ako na raspa. And now, Jan 2020 nagtest ako ang got positive na and had my bed rest for 1st trimester. Question; pede ba ako mag exercise for the 1st trimester? Like what I saw on youtube?

Totally bedrest mamsh hindi lahat ng nakikita natin ay pwde satin lalo na in your case. Palakihin mo muna si baby pag ok ba sya saka ka magagalaw. My ob advise me ba pagpunta lang sa banyo ang exercise ko. Bawal mag akyat baba sa hagdan. Kung pwde sa bed kna kumain. Ganyan ginawa ko on my 1st trimester. Now thanx god we are ok na. Nakkuha na din ako ng fit to work after 17 weeks and 5 days of bedrest.
