Remedy for Constipation for 2-3 Days

Mga mami, what to eat or do? Alam ko naman part sya ng pregnancy pero feeling ko ambigat na nung almost three days constipation. Help mga mami.

What worked for me is overnight oats in the morning. Whole rolled oats yun na overnight nakababad sa gatas then yun na breakfast ko everyday. Hindi sya guarantee na everyday ka mag-poop pero hindi na aabutin ng 3 days. 🙂Pwede nyo din sya samahan ng chia seeds at raisins para may konting tamis at hindi nakakasawa.. make sure din po lagi may fruits & veggies sa pagkain para madami fiber..

yung ginawa ko mi, inom palagi ng watar especially early in the morning tos inom ka yakult. more on watery na fruits, nuts fiber na vegetables. iwas mona sa pork
