sss salary differential

Hi mga employed momsh.. any idea regarding sa pagbigay ni employer ng sss salary differential (the difference between the full salary and the actual fund benefits received from SSS).. kelan bngay sa inyo? Before, during or after maternity leave? My rule ba regarding dito kng kelan nila dpat ibigay? Thank You!

If nakapagfile kana ng sss mat claim ng mas maaga, pwede mo siya maclaim before ka manganak. If late filing mo, late mo din marerecieve. Yung sakin 3mos palang yung tummy ko inayos ko na yung mga requirements. Before ako mag mat leave narelease na ung cheke. And depende din po yun sa hr nyo kung aayusin agad nila
