Maternity Leave

Meron po ba talagang right time to use Maternity Leave? Due date ko po kasi is Nov 15 then nag leave ako ng Sept 27. Yun po yung pinang haharang ng HR namin para di ko makuha yung Mat Benefit ko. Dapat daw 1 month before giving birth ako nag leave.
