aq dn po. lagi nagmomonitor ng sugar using glucomtr. dpt dw d lalagpas s 120 /mg/dl. d nmn po aq pala kain rice halos 3 to 4 lng n subo more on ulam lng po ako papak. iwas dn s pasta tas mga bread. iwas dn s mga salty food.

me sis! 1cup rice sa umaga, ½ sa lunch and dinner. or avoid rice, eat oatmeal instead or any substitute. non-starchy veggies, good fat, fruits. meat or substitutes. hanap ka sa net ng sample meals.
Less carbs-rice, pasta, bread and starch. No all-3in1 coffee, softdrinks. Kaso i couldnt avoid coffee kasi i still work on a night shift.
