Taking vitamins

Meron po ba dito hindi umiinom ng vitamins while preggy? Ako kasi hindi, pero kumakain naman ako ng natural like fruits and veggies. Okey lang po kaya yon?

Pwede naman pro dapat alam mo rin your body has the needed nutrients for your baby like folic acid to prevent cleft palate or lip and neural defects. Also, Iron because during pregnancy bumababa yung red blood cells. Then if sure ka talaga, go ahead po... hehehe
