masakit po ba yung manual breast pump? i've decided to try it kasi sobrang sakit na ng dede and nipples ko, to the point na di ko na magalaw braso ko kasi parang maga na dede ko. 2nd day ko pa lang nagpapadede. :( and super sakit sa nipple. any suggestion please?

If I were you I will just stick to latching/breastfeeding at this stage. I know how painful it is but it will be gone in the long run. Manual breast pump is good but it will take time before you can fill up a bottle (that is depending on how much milk you can produce)
