Is Manila Zoo still attractive as it was once before?

I havent been. I am curious to visit though madami ang nagsasabi ng bad reviews about it from hindi maayos na pagaalaga sa mga hayop until sa maintenance of the place. One of my friends said not ideal din to bring kids especially toddlers so hindi ako talaga gaanong convince to visit the place.

They're rehabilitating it so it's getting better. My daughter's pre-school class had their field trip there a few years back and I was quite happy because the kids enjoyed.

I've heard that the animals there are old. The last time I visit that zoo was in the 80's. Not sure if there are new animals and attractions there today.

I would not go there. I heard they treat their animals very badly. Just seeing photos of that poor elephant makes me cry :(
