Cone shaped head

Hello Mamsh. First time here. Here's my baby 3month old boy. Cone shaped yung head nya since birth..idk bakit pero 8mons pa ako nakababa na ulo nya naglilabor ako pero nairaos ko sya hanggang 9mons CS. normal lahat ng prenatal ko. just that nitong week lang nagpacheck ako sa pedia nya..concern ng pedia nya is yang cone shaped head and maliit daw head circumference nya (normal, 15th percentile) . with growth developement ok naman. may mga same cases ba dito? tsaka maliit bunbunan nya.
