We've not tried this, but general consensus is this is a touch dubious. Best to try and see for yourself and if no different then probably not worth doing again

I have read the review and many says it didn’t work. I personally take upspring milk booster and it worked for me.
Nope. But I saw some review online that some mummy experienced no effect
