May makukuha pa po kaya ako na maternity? Last hulog ko is march 2019 bali jan-march 2019 ay nakapag hulog ako at nabuntis ako ng oct 2019 at ang duedate ko is july 1 2020! Salamat po sa sasagot ❤
Pwede ka pa po makakuha pero ang pwede niyo na lang po mahulugan on time ay ang January, February, and March 2020. Hindi niyo na po mahahabol ang months last year. Kahit habulin niyo po ang October-December, 2019, pagdating sa computation ay hindi na ito isasama ng SSS (as per their latest memo, ang late quarterly contribution will not be included in the matben computation). Kung mababayaran niyo as voluntary member ang January - March, 2020 with maximum amount of contribution (7,200pesos in total), you are qualified for 35k mat ben :) Hope this helps.
