Due this wk

Just to make this short. I'm pregnant and due this week. Got my rt-pcr results from red cross and came back positive. I'm wandering if I go to labor this week and the symptoms wouldn't subside would a private hospital still assist me? And what range of cost would be for that case? I'm worried.
