M 29th weeks pregnant n sometimes m stressed 4 small things..what can i do for relief??

Hi Mahak, this is normal with so many hormonal changes happening. i would say that you take it a bit easy and don't try to do everything. take small breaks and rest enough. if you feel you are getting worried about something in particular, please share it with your spouse and ask how he can help. also, try doing things that make you feel relaxed, such as listening to music, going for a walk, reading, watching a nice movie, or even simply sleeping.

hey dear, take this time to pamper yourself and don't get too stressed out. if you know what stresses you out, try to avoid those situations or things. you already know that feeling stressed is not good for your or baby's health. why not go to a spa and get a nice relaxing head and foot massage, or go out with your friends for some time, do things that make you happy.
