When im on my 4th month of pregnancy and have had my laboratory test.. after filling up the form and taken a lab test, i smiled at the information personnel while saying thank you and walk towards the door holding my umbrella.. and she urgently said,excuse me mam,pa sign po.. and i said oh yes, after signing she said the amount and i was so shocked and blushed..and immediately said...ay oo nga pala! Im sorry miss.. i forgot.. she smile and said,its okay mam.. Ps. Im about to go back there to get the result that's why i didn't think that i have to pay at that time..lol 🤣🤣🤣 but still i laughed hard and when hubby called me up,he was shocked why im laughing and i told him what happened.
