going into menopause 42yr early good or bad?

no or low sex desires only 1 natural episode of menses in 2018 1 induced menses by medication in 2018 doc scan and found nothing wrong and blood test no signs of menopause. really confusing. mood swings difficulty sleeping changed of job.... couple holiday.... all dont seems to work out on low sex drive hubby have sex with me after i fell asleep so i won't reject much but i felt uncomfortable about it. worry reject he might want sex outside since i cant do it. i been excusing myself from sex request. am i abnormal????
