breastfeeding would definitely lose you some weights. at least 2 kg per month.. Pero you wouldnt feel it that much if you gain too much weight during your pregnancy. If you have normal BMI you can gain maximum of 15. 8 kg during your whole pregnancy. But if you exceed more than that its really hard to bring back your pre preganancy body.. Iam a breastfeeding and FTM and Im losing almost 2 kg a month.. 4 months postpartum and Im finally back to my pre preganancy weight of 50kg from my pregnancy weight of 65kg. I was able to track it because of my LO's monthly vaccination. We are required to weigh first. If you're a mom its very normal to eat when we're hungry specially if you are bf mom.. We actually dont need exercise because breastfeeding burns 200 to 500 calories per day.. You just have to eat what you feel is enough dont eat too much. Just eat till you're not hungry and dont eat like theres no tomorrow.. You can eat multiple times a day.. Take a lot of liquids and more sabaww sa ulam para mas mabilis magproduce body ng milk. In that way you dont need to feel like eating a lot to produce milk for yor baby....
