Looking for suggestions and recipes for solid food to introduce to my 6 months old baby!

For 6 months old, it is best to start with a single food first, as you need to test out food allergies. If you are intending to do BLW, you can cut banana/avocado into strips so that baby can hold easily. You can refer to the picture attached.
