Would 83 sqm HDB house enough for a family of 5?

We are looking to buy a flat at Henderson road but it's just 83 sqm. Was just wondering if any of you parents are living in a small house like that with a family like us. Would it be enough? Your opinions are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think it depends on who are the 5 in the household and how many rooms you have. Husband and you, plus 3 kids? Or 1 kid plus adults like parents/in-laws/helper? I know of a family staying in 68sqm flat with 2 bedrooms. Squeezy but possible. 2 old folks, husband and wife, 1 newborn, 2 primary school kids, 1 teenager.
