Hi. My LO is turning 3 months. I feel insecure and discourage dahil konti milk supply ko. Nalakainggit yung mga FTM na marami mag produce ng milk. ( FTM din po ako ) is it too late na dumami ang milk supply? Need help 🥺 As a mom siyempre I want to give the best nutrient for my LO. Na ddiscourage ako dahil wala rin naman akong support na nakukuha sa father ni LO. Help please?

alisin mo yung formula at mag unli latch kayo. Pump ka 8x a day. Stay hydrated and eat right. Yun lang, EBF ako for 7 months now yan lang ginagawa ko.
