My lo is having a bad cough suddenly, any quick remedies before to sooth her so that she can slp well before we bring her to the doc?

Hi does she have a lot of phlegm and mucus as well. If she does spray sterimar into her nose and use a nasal aspirator to suck out the mucus. Prop her mattress or pillows up so that it is easier to breathe. I will also run a hot bath and bring baby into the bathroom after that as the warm vapor can make it easier for them to breathe. When babies are coughing they tend to vomit milk so just be prepared to clean up the mess and go easy on the milk if they are not too keen to drink
